Hotel Zora and all employees are taking care of our guests and partners as Covid-19 has changed our perception on how we interact in social settings. Therefore, guest health and safety during stay is our number one priority. We are fully aware that certain measures may cause an initial inconvenience however, in order to be able to work successfully and to ensure your comfort throughout your entire stay, it is necessary to adhere measures and procedures.

Reservation and cancellation policy

Since actual situation with COVID-19 has affected all aspects of our life, especially travel industry, we have adjusted booking and cancellation conditions. We are trying to stay as flexible as we can for our guest and most of our offers can be booked without advance payments and/or cancelled for free.

Preparing for travel

For citizens who are arriving in Croatia from EU or other countries and would like to shorten waiting on the border, we recommend to submit their data in advance by visiting https://entercroatia.mup.hr/.

 Arriving and staying in the hotel

At the main hotel entrance, guests should measure their temperature on a thermal camera which also detects wearing a mask and disinfect their hands before entering the main hall of the hotel.

The use of all public spaces is possible with the implementation of social distancing measures.

Additional hand sanitizers are available at each hotel entrance as well as in all public areas of the hotel.

 

Reception

Working hours 0-24 h.

  • During their stay and check-in at the hotel, guests must adhere to a measure of physical distance of 2 meters in relation to other guests unless they are members of the same family or group.
  • We recommend all guests to provide us with the time of arrival and the documents necessary for check-in before arrival at the hotel so that check-in can be done without major interaction at the reception.
  • COVID 19 safety kit available at the reception, extra charged
  • Guests must announce the check-out time in advance so that the check-out can be prepared in time and avoid staying at the reception.
  • We recommend guests to use contactless payment instead of cash.
  • Guests who need Antigen test or PCR test:

Guest requires term for testing at hotel reception. Receptionist orders guest for testing and guest pays for the testing at the reception. With confirmation of payment, guest goes to the appropriate institution for testing according to the instructions given by the hotel reception. Test results can be expected between 1-24 hours depending upon the type of the test. Test appointment should be ordered min. 24 hours in advance!

Wellness facilities and sports fields

Wellness services are limited only to hotel guests who are in hotel accommodation.

Before entering the Wellness premises, guests are required to register their arrival at the Wellness reception and present the room number and name and surname of all persons accompanying them.

  • Use of the pool is restricted to maximum 20 persons and is possible with prior reservation (which will be confirmed according to availability) at Wellness reception.
  • Use of dry (Finnish) sauna is restricted to maximum 1 person and is possible with prior reservation (which will be confirmed according to availability) at Wellness reception.
  • Massages are available with reservation at Wellness reception or hotel reception.

The use of all sports fields is possible with respect to social distancing measures.

 

Kids Club and animation

Disinfection available upon entering Kids Club (inside playroom) with obligatory temperature measurement.

Swimming pool in Kids Club – available with adherence to measures, recommendations and instructions issued by the competent institutions.

Availability of animation depending of the hotel ocupancy with adherence to measures, recommendations and instructions issued by the competent institutions.

 

Beach

The use of the service of renting umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach will be available in compliance with the measures and recommendations of the competent authorities.

 

Cleaning standards, guidlines and recommendation in our hotel

When cleaning all public rooms and hotel rooms, the measures and instructions issued by the competent institutions will be followed.It is important to note that daily cleaning and entry of household staff into the rooms will not be carried out unless explicitly requested by guests.

 

Facilities and services

  • In order to ensure a hygienic standard, in every hotel facility sanitary treatment is performed using products of international standard.
  • The frequency of cleaning with disinfectants of products or objects that guests often touch, such as door handles, elevator buttons, elevators, chairs, tables, etc., increases.
  • All food and beverages are processed according to international HACCP standards (hazard analysis and critical control points).
  • Content and service management is carried out according to the official protocol of the government and competent services.
  • Education and campaigns on COVID-19, a healthy lifestyle, as well as the importance of proper hand washing, are regularly conducted in every room and public space.
  • We monitor our employees’ temperature daily by using non-contact thermometer on their arrival to work. We keep records on body temperature to ensure health and safety of our employees at any moment.
  • We have established a procedure in case of coronavirus occurrence in any of our facilities, with all standard operative procedures and contact numbers.

 

General guidlines and recommendations from Croatian Institute of Public Health:

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with the inner side of your elbow, or with a disposable tissue, which you will dispose of immediately and wash your hands.
  • Avoid touching your face, mouth, nose and eyes.
  • Avoid close contact with persons who do not feel well or experience symptoms like high fever, cough and/or difficulties breathing.
  • Avoid hand shaking and close physical contact. Keep social distance.
  • Wear face mask inside of hotel and if a 2 meter social distance ouside of hotel is not possible please, also wear mask.
  • If you experience symptoms like high fever, cough and/or difficulties breathing, call reception from your room.

According to the situation, the measures, recommendations and instructions are regularly updated keeping in mind hotel operation needs.
